We collect and retain information from you in order to provide you with our invoice tracking services (“Services”). This can include personally identifying information and financial information (collectively, “Your Information”) from you that is nonpublic as well as information that does not identify a specific user (“Non-Personally Identifiable Information”). We collect the following types of information from you:
Registration Data: We collect and store information you submit to Invoice Avenue during the sign-up process and that you may update from time to time. This may include personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card or other payment information you use to pay for the Services.
Invoice and Transaction Information: Each time an invoice is distributed or tracked, a copy of the invoice is stored on Invoice Avenue’s servers. Each time you process an invoice, send a notification or other invoice transaction through Invoice Avenue, we retain the information related to that transaction.

This information may be compiled and analyzed on both an individual and an aggregated basis. This information may include information about invoice process times, what browser you are using and/or your Internet Protocol ("IP") address.
